- Is there a cost to join GBIshops?
Yes. Vendors pay ₦500 per product listing and 8% of the product price on every successful sale. For international vendors, it’s $2 per product listing and 12% of the product price on every successful sale. (Promotional rates) - How do vendors get paid?
All payments go through GBIshops. Vendors are paid within 10 working days after each successful sale. - Will customers see my shop name?
No. Customer-facing pages will only display a coded vendor name to maintain vendor privacy. - Who handles shipping?
Once a customer places and pays for an order, GBIshops notifies you to drop off the product at our designated logistics partner, who manages nationwide delivery. - Do I get insights about my sales?
Yes. New vendors receive 2 months of free sales and trend insights based on 2 years of e-commerce data to help improve performance. - What is the return policy for customers?
Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to return a product they do not like. Terms and conditions apply:- Some items are non-refundable (e.g., hygiene-sensitive products).
- If the product delivered does not match the uploaded listing, customers are eligible for a return and refund.
