Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our services or making a purchase from Global Brains Integral Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging with our services or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

  • We are a service-based provider and do not manufacture the products we supply.
  • Products are purchased based on prevailing market prices at the time of order.
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs.
  • Product images on our website or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the final delivered product.

2. Additional Services

  • In addition to the services listed on our website, we may provide other related or custom services within our expertise and skill set, subject to agreement and availability.
  • Any additional or customised service will be priced separately, based on scope, materials, and complexity.
  • We reserve the right to decline services that are outside our operational capacity or that may pose safety, legal, or ethical concerns.

3. Order Acceptance and Pricing

  • All orders are subject to price confirmation based on current market rates.
  • We reserve the right not to process an order if the material cost exceeds the listed price or if other conditions prevent completion.
  • If such a situation arises, we will notify you promptly and offer possible alternatives or refunds where applicable.

4. Consultation Fee & Site Visits

  • The consultation fee is a holding deposit to secure an engineer’s visit to your site.
  • If no purchase is made within 30 days of the consultation, the fee is non-refundable.
  • If you proceed with a purchase, the consultation fee will be deducted from your total order amount.
  • The cost of our services is based on site complexity and the specific nature of the problem.

5. Assembly and Installation

  • Once purchased, products are assembled as part of our service.
  • The listed price does not include connection to the main house pipes, sheds, pumps, or any additional fittings unless expressly stated in the order.
  • Any additional components, fittings, or labour will be charged separately.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • We do not accept returns once a product has been purchased and assembly has begun.
  • Cancellations before material procurement may incur administrative charges.
  • As this is a service-based transaction with goods purchased specifically for your order, no refund will be given once procurement has started.

7. Security Checks & Home Delivery

  • Home delivery is only available after all necessary security checks have been completed.
  • We reserve the right to decline delivery if safety or compliance issues arise during the verification process.

8. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full before any order is processed.
  • Accepted payment methods:
    • Bank Transfer (to our official company account only)
    • Debit Card (processed through our secure payment gateway)
  • No partial payments are accepted.
  • All failed or declined payments should be directed to the customer’s bank for resolution.

9. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
  • All promotions are subject to confirmation before they can be applied to an individual order.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at our sole discretion without prior notice.
  • Only one discount can be applied per order.
  • Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase; they cannot be added retroactively.

10. Data Protection & Confidentiality

  • We value and protect our customers’ privacy in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and our Privacy Policy.
  • Any personal or business information shared with us — including names, addresses, contact details, site plans, or payment information — will be handled with strict confidentiality and stored securely.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information to third parties.
  • Access to customer data is restricted to authorised personnel only, and we use secure systems to protect against unauthorised access or breaches.
  • By engaging our services, you consent to the processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Supply chain issues
    • Government restrictions
    • Natural disasters or other events beyond our control
  • We will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from product use, delays, or service interruptions.

12. Third-Party Components

  • Where applicable, products may contain third-party components sourced from different suppliers.
  • We are not liable for the warranties or defects of third-party products but will assist customers in contacting the relevant manufacturer or distributor.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the latest revision date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
